Colorado Impact Fund makes first investment

March 30, 2015

The Colorado Impact Fund was launched in July 2014 to support Colorado companies that generate positive community impact as well as consistent investment returns. Funded by Colorado investors and investing exclusively in Colorado companies, this important private equity fund provides entrepreneurs with cost-efficient capital and a network of strategic business advisors.

The first investment of the Colorado Impact Fund was in Boulder-based Bhakti Chai, allowing it to expand operations into the Longmont area. This is exactly what the Colorado Impact Fund is intended to do; help financially and socially responsible local companies develop and expand within the state.

The Hexagon team applauds the importance of this new resource that is now available for Colorado entrepreneurs and local business.
